How we solve the problems

Internship

Internship is a program for active students and recent graduates to explore work experience and resume building. The interns will be equipped with project-based assignment in certain job function while mentored with a supervisor. The program requires full-time commitment to work at the company for 1.5 to 6 months.

Candidate Profile

Active Diploma, Undergraduate Students, and Recent Graduates (D3, D4, S1, S2) with no experience

Program durations

6–24 weeks or 1,5–6 months

Expected salary

IDR 2,000,000 – IDR 4,000,000

Program requirements

Internship program demands the company to have dedicated mentor for each intern, a written agreement, and an onboarding event in the beginning of the program. The internship may serve as an on-the-job training or project-based work, and is done full time

Periodical review

There will be a periodical review in the middle and the last day of the internship period

Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship is a program for future professionals and practitioners, equip with on-the-job training, sometimes in-class training. Every apprentices will get professional certification or license once graduate. The program requires either full or part time commitment of contracted working for 1 to 4 years; depending on company's specific requirements.

The apprenticeship program usually serve as an on-the-job training or project-based work can be done full time or part time

Entry Level

Entry level employment is a recruitment process for fresh and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation) to enter full-time employment in partnering companies. This process will usually require candidates with certain experiences during time of internships or apprenticeships.

Program requirements

The Employment program demands the company to provide health & safety insurance for each apprentice, a written agreement, dedicated mentors, and an onboarding activities in the beginning of the program. The type of work is adjusted according to the company’s needs and regulations.

Periodical review

A periodical review is suggested to be done every 6 months, but is adjusted according to company’s regulations
